Adult Fundamentals

Our beginner program for teens and adults. In this program, you will learn the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and ego-free environment. Each class addresses standing and ground self-defense techniques. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience. Upon completion of two stripes, you will qualify for the Advanced Program.

Adult Advanced

This advanced program has a systematic approach on techniques and drills that start shaping the students development on reflexes, strategies, as well as transitions between one technique and another. In our advanced classes students can expect to spend more time doing Jiu Jitsu-specific training and sparring. Our advanced classes typically begin with a warm-up, technique, followed by specific positional training, and end with several rounds of sparring.

Although encouraged, sparring is 100% voluntary for students. Students who demonstrate erratic behavior or do not train in a safe and respectful manner will not be allowed to participate. Safety is our number one concern.

No GI

These classes focuses on learning and applying the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional GI/kimono. No-Gi promotes better hold-down and control positions. Learning to hold down a perspiring and slippery opponent is far more difficult than holding down someone who is wearing a gi. When you have learned to control an opponent who is not wearing a GI it will become easy to control someone who is. Many believe no-gi is a more realistic approach to street fighting.
