ADVANCED

Refine Your Technique. Sharpen Your Strategy.
Our Advanced Program is designed for students who have a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and are ready to elevate their training. With a structured, systematic approach, this program focuses on developing reflexes, strategic thinking, and seamless transitions between techniques.
Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, detailed technique instruction, and positional drills that build timing and adaptability. Students also engage in live sparring rounds, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned in real-time situations.
While sparring is a key part of advanced training, participation is always voluntary. We maintain a strong emphasis on safety, control, and mutual respect. Any student who exhibits unsafe or disrespectful behavior will not be permitted to spar.
This program is where your skills evolve—from learning the art to truly living it.
NO GI

Our No-Gi classes focus on applying the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional gi (kimono), offering a fast-paced and practical approach to grappling. Without fabric grips, students develop greater emphasis on body positioning, pressure, and control—skills that directly enhance performance in both No-Gi and Gi training.
Controlling a perspiring, slippery opponent without the assistance of a gi presents a unique challenge. As a result, students often find that once they've mastered control in No-Gi, transitioning back to Gi training feels more effective and fluid.
Many practitioners view No-Gi as a more realistic form of self-defense, closely simulating real-world scenarios where clothing grips may not be available. For this reason, our No-Gi program is not only an excellent stand-alone option but also a valuable complement to traditional Gi classes.
Enhance your Jiu-Jitsu. Expand your skillset. Train No-Gi.
